1. In the navigation sidebar, click + Create New
  2. Select Contact
  3. Enter a contact name and any additional details*
  4. Click Next 
  5. Add contact details (e.g., address, phone, social media) as desired*
  6. Click Create

     Optional: 

  • select Invite Contact to send them an email invitation link 
  • select Create Another Contact to begin again
  • select See All Contacts to review all

 

Invited Contacts are assigned the Client role by default.
You can choose a different role in Step 3 of the tutorial above, or later via
Manage Contact Platform Roles.
Inactive contacts do not require a
Platform Role.
